Food represents how hungry you are and by doing actions that consume Stamina or if you regenerate Health it will make it go down faster, some status effects like being Cold also play part in how fast your Food drops.Oxygen starts depleting the moment you go underwater so the more you increase it the longer you can dive and swim faster.
